Common use of Tenant’s Grace Periods Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Grace Periods. If: (1) Tenant fails to pay ---------------------- Rent or Additional Rent within fifteen (15) days of the date due; or (2) Tenant fails to cure any other default within ten (10) days after notice from Landlord specifying the nature of such default (unless such default is of a nature that it cannot be completely cured within said ten (10) day period and steps have been diligently commenced to cure or remedy it within said ten (10) day period and are thereafter pursued with reasonable diligence and in good faith), then Landlord shall have such remedies as are provided under this Lease and/or under the laws of the State of Florida.
