Tenants Development Obligations. Tenant shall diligently prosecute or cause to be prosecuted to Completion the Development Services, the Design Services, the Site Preparation Work, the Phase I and II Construction and any other Work for all the Components and Phases of the Development, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this GDA. The following narrative descriptions of each of the Components and the Phases of the Development are a summary of the development plans as of the Execution Date. In any conflict between the Design Documents and the narrative descriptions set forth below, the Design Documents shall prevail.
