Common use of Tenant’s Commercial General Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Commercial General Liability Insurance. The minimum limits of liability of such insurance shall be Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) per occurrence, which may be satisfied through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella insurance. In addition, in the event Tenant hosts a function in the Premises, in the Building or on the Property, Xxxxxx agrees to obtain, and cause any persons or parties providing services for such function to obtain, the appropriate insurance coverages as determined by Landlord (including liquor liability coverage, if applicable) and provide Landlord with evidence of the same.

Such CGL insurance shall include broad form contractual liability coverage, specifically covering but not limited to the indemnification obligations undertaken by Tenant in this LeaseLease as an insured contract. The minimum limits of liability of such insurance shall be Ten Five Million Dollars ($10,000,0005,000,000) per occurrence, which may be satisfied through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella insurance.
