Common use of Tenant to Leave Premises in Good Repair Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Leave Premises in Good Repair. The Tenant shall leave the Premises and (subject to section 3.5) the Leasehold Improvements, at the expiration or other termination of the Term, in the condition and repair required of the Tenant under section 9.2.
