Common use of Tenant Expense Clause in Contracts

Tenant Expense. Tenant agrees that Tenant will pay for all electrical service required for Tenant’s use of the antennae, and related equipment erected or installed by Tenant and Tenant further agrees that such electric service shall feed off the supply of electrical energy furnished to the Premises as provided in this Lease.
