Common use of Tenancy Allowance Clause in Contracts

Tenancy Allowance. Provided no Default exists, Landlord shall pay Tenant an amount equal to $13.00 per square foot of Rentable Area of the Premises (“Tenancy Allowance”) in consideration of Tenant’s agreement to enter into this Lease, occupy the Premises, comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease and pay Rent during the Term. Landlord shall pay the Tenancy Allowance directly to Tenant within twenty (20) Business Days following the Commencement Date.
