TEMPORARY PARKING PERMITS. 3.2.1. The following Parking Permits are issued by Security Department
3.2.2. All Parking Permits must be displayed on dashboard of vehicle or on the king pin of a fifth wheel or the tongue of a trailer:
3.2.2.1. Shareholder/member for use on rental or new vehicle;
3.2.2.2. Guest of Shareholder/Member;
3.2.2.3. Overnight Parking Permit at request of Share- holder/Member for Guest.
TEMPORARY PARKING PERMITS. • If an Account Holder arrives on site without their Parking Permit, they should park their vehicle at the designated Security Holding Area next to the guardhouse. • The Account Holder must then proceed to the Parking department office on the 2nd floor (A2E330) of Building “A” between the hours of 07:00 - 16:30 (within one (1) hour of arrival to site) to request a temporary one-day Parking Permit. • Once the Account ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s details have been verified, the Account Holder will be issued a temporary Parking Permit which clearly indicates the date of expiry. • This pass is only valid for one (1) day. • If the Account Holder is temporarily using a different vehicle to the one registered on their Account, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has their original Parking Permit, the Account Holder must advise the Parking department by emailing ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇.▇▇ or by calling ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ within one (1) hour of arrival to site. • There is no waiting period to receive a temporary Parking Permit, however, the Account Holder must visit the Parking department in person to receive a temporary permit.
