Temporary Assignment Bonus Sample Clauses
A Temporary Assignment Bonus clause provides for additional compensation to employees who are temporarily assigned to roles or duties outside their usual responsibilities. This bonus typically applies when an employee is asked to fill in for a higher-level position, take on extra tasks, or work in a different location for a limited period. The clause outlines eligibility, the amount or method of calculating the bonus, and the duration for which it is paid. Its core function is to fairly compensate employees for increased workload or responsibility during temporary assignments, thereby incentivizing flexibility and ensuring equitable treatment.
