Temporary Accommodations. For temporary modified work accommodation not lasting more than two (2) weeks, the manager and ACMS will consult with the disabled nurse to create and recommend a return to work plan. It is understood that the member may request union representation. The RTW plan will be communicated to the nurse, the manager and the Union.
Temporary Accommodations. The University may determine that a Licensed Space needs to be closed for emergency, health, safety, maintenance, or other lawful purposes. In that situation, if available, the University will make reasonable efforts to provide temporary accommodations for the Occupant. The Occupant shall promptly move and remain at the temporary housing until authorized to return. The University shall not be responsible for temporary interruptions or loss of services, including but not limited to heat, water, or electricity. If assigned to temporary housing, once the University identifies permanent accommodations, the Licensee must move to said location.
Temporary Accommodations. The Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for (a) the work-related traveling between Ridgewood, NJ and Boston, and (b) for the temporary accommodations for the Executive up to $ 5,000 per month (or a figure agreed upon between the Executive and the Company for a fair standard of living accommodation) until the earlier of (a) the move of his family to the Boston, Massachusetts area from Ridgewood, NJ or (b) April 30, 2012.

For an employee requesting return to duty from sickness or injury with temporary limitations placed on his/her performance, as substantiated by a doctor's certificate, the Agency will make a diligent effort to assign the employee to available work within these limitations. The Company will provide you with temporary accommodation for up to sixty (60) days from the date you arrive in the Host Country if your regular living quarters in the Host Country are not immediately available. You will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses (such as meals, laundry, and other incidentals) in accordance with the Company’s business travel policy to cover the additional living costs during your period of temporary living in the Host Country. The expenses should be claimed via the normal business expense reimbursement arrangements.
Temporary Accommodations. Biomira will provide a studio apartment for a period of 2 years and pay out of pocket travel costs between Seattle and Edmonton. This 2 year period covers the period where you are commuting to work in Edmonton as CEO of our Company.
Temporary Accommodations. During the Employment Term, if Executive is required to meet with Company employees and consultants for an extended period of time, the Company will provide Executive with temporary accommodations in close proximity to the Company’s office in either Gainesville or Boca Raton, Florida, or such other location. The Company will provide Executive similar temporary accommodations in the event of an interim relocation.
Temporary Accommodations. Section 6 of the Offer Letter is hereby amended to add the following sentence to the end thereof: “Such temporary accommodations and travel costs provided by the Company is subject to your continued employment with the Company through each Company provided payment date.”
