Temporal Equity Clause Samples

The Temporal Equity clause ensures that rights, obligations, or benefits under an agreement are distributed fairly over time among the parties involved. In practice, this may mean that each party receives access to resources, payments, or services at intervals that reflect their contributions or needs, rather than all at once or disproportionately. By structuring the timing of performance or benefits, the clause helps prevent imbalances that could arise from front-loading or back-loading obligations, thereby promoting fairness and reducing the risk of disputes related to timing.
