Temperature Control. The Employer will make a reasonable effort to maintain the existing temperature control equipment in buildings where bargaining unit members work so that it will and does function properly during periods when the College is in session and when the offices are open.
Temperature Control. 28.1 Co-location Service Areas will be designed to keep the air temperature within a range from 15 to 35˚C. The normal operating standard for the centre of equipment aisles within a Service Area is 22 to 26˚C.
Temperature Control. Indiana law does not define the term “temperature controlled”. This Provision defines the responsibilities of Owner for providing temperature control to the Rented Space. If the Rented Space leased under this Rental Agreement between Owner and Renter is a temperature controlled Rented Space. Owner provides heating and air conditioning to the building containing the Rented Space. It is agreed that Owner shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building containing the Rented Space by heating to no less than forty-five degrees (45°) Fahrenheit and by cooling the Rented Space to no more than eighty-five degrees (85°) Fahrenheit. Renter recognizes that under certain circumstances including, but not exclusively, mechanical failure, material shortages, electrical or other utility blackouts, brownouts, or other failures, acts of God, labor or materials shortages, strikes, malicious mischief, and fire, that the temperature may deviate from the desired temperature and Renter understands that heating systems and their power sources are not redundant. Further, the temperature in the building containing the Rented Space may vary from the temperature of the Rented Space. Renter agrees to release Owner from any and all liability arising from any such failure of the heating and air conditioning systems which occur as a result of a failure outside of Owner=s direct control.
Temperature Control. Supplier shall provide a separate set of commercial documents for each of the temperature control category groups, i.e. frozen minus 20 Celsius, cold chain 2-8 Celsius, 15-25 Celsius, ambient 2-30
Temperature Control. The Board shall make a good faith effort to have work areas properly ventilated. The Board will make a good faith effort to maintain temperatures in all work areas between 60 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If such is not reasonably possible, the teacher may move his/her class to an area that is more suitable. No one will be required to teach in an area that endangers their health, safety or well-being, however, this does not obviate the person’s responsibility to safeguard the children in their care. In the event that the temperature in any building exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit, including the heat index, for (2) consecutive school days and the most recent forecast predicts the same or greater temperature for a third day, the District shall implement its emergency closing procedures for the third day, and every consecutive school day thereafter on which the temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit including the heat index. Once the building temperature falls to 90 degrees including the heat index or below, school shall resume (in the absence of other emergency circumstances) and the “two consecutive school day” condition must be met anew before the District emergency closing procedure must be implemented again. The temperature will be taken between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and will be witnessed by a building administrator and building Association rep. If the parties cannot agree on the temperature, XxxxXxxxxxx.xxx will be used as an objective tie-breaking measurement. The Board shall make a good faith effort to have work areas properly ventilated.
Temperature Control. The refrigeration temperature control has been factory set. Incorrectly adjusting the temperature control is done at the customer’s risk.

Occupant recognizes that under certain circumstances including, but not exclusively, mechanical failure of the cooling systems, material shortages, electrical or other utility blackouts, brownouts, or other failures, acts of God, labor or materials shortages, strikes, malicious mischief, and fire, that the temperature may deviate from the desired range of temperatures and Occupant understands that heating and air conditioning systems and their power sources are not redundant. Further, the temperature in the building containing the Leased Space may vary from the temperature of the Leased Space. Occupant agrees to release Owner from any and all liability arising from any such failure of the heating and air conditioning systems which occur as a result of a failure outside of Owner's direct control.
