Common use of Telephone System Clause in Contracts

Telephone System. VIVUS will make available to MEDA, for a period of thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, all hardware and software related to VIVUS’ corporate-wide telephone system currently in place at the Premises, free of charge to MEDA (other than actual charges incurred by VIVUS for calls made by or on behalf of MEDA during such period).
