Common use of Telephone Line Clause in Contracts

Telephone Line. Lyft will create a dedicated a 24-hour customer Service Animal complaint telephone hotline for reporting incidents where a Driver refused to transport or otherwise discriminated against a Rider with a Service Animal because of the presence of the Service Animal. This telephone line will be called the “Service Animal Complaint Hotline.”
