Telemetered Quantities Clause Samples

The "Telemetered Quantities" clause defines how certain quantities, such as energy or resources, are measured and reported using remote monitoring systems. In practice, this clause specifies that data collected via telemetry—such as real-time meter readings or automated data transmissions—will be used to determine the amounts delivered, consumed, or otherwise relevant to the agreement. By establishing telemetered data as the authoritative source, the clause ensures accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in quantity measurement, reducing disputes and manual errors.
