Telecommuting Study Group. No later than February 2022, the District will establish a study group that includes 3 managers, and 3 AFT representatives to explore the broad principles that would inform telecommuting for counselors and other non-instructional faculty. This information would then be used by the parties in negotiating a possible on-going telecommuting agreement for application in the regular work assignment process.
