This subcommittee is typically responsible for reviewing policies, making recommendations on telecommunications infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. By delegating these responsibilities to a specialized subcommittee, the clause ensures focused expertise and efficient handling of complex telecommunications issues, thereby promoting effective governance and streamlined decision-making in this technical area.
