Telecommunications Act. For so long as the Company is deemed to be an "affiliate" of BellSouth under the Telecommunications Act, the Company will not enter into any business activity which, by virtue of the company being deemed to be an "affiliate" under the Telecommunications Act, would cause BellSouth to violate the Telecommunications Act.
