Telecommunications Act. The provisions of this section 9 apply, subject to the provisions of section 31 of the Telecommunications Act, which shall take precedence.

Telecommunications Act. The Borrower, WCI and their respective Subsidiaries are in compliance in all material respects with the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the "Communications Act") and with all applicable rules, regulations and policies of the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC").
Telecommunications Act. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 360, 360-Holdco and WFHL shall promptly take such action as may from time to time be required in order to cause the Corporation, Urbanlink and any other Subsidiaries of the Corporation to comply with all of the requirements of the TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, those provisions relating to the ownership and control of telecommunications common carriers as defined in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT.
