Common use of TELECOM Clause in Contracts

TELECOM. Tenant understands and agrees that Landlord expressly reserves the right to grant or deny access (to the Building or any portion thereof, including without limitation, any tenant’s premises) to any telecommunications service provider whatsoever, and that Tenant shall not have the right to demand or require Landlord to grant such access to any such telecommunications service provider. Further, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ expressly understands and agrees that except as otherwise provided herein notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall not have the right to use the risers, raceways, conduits, or mechanical rooms in the Building for telecom purposes without Landlord’s express written consent, which consent Landlord may withhold or condition in its sole discretion.
