Technology Plan. IBM shall prepare an annual technology plan in accordance with the provisions of this Section and subject to Section 10.4(a) (the "Technology Plan"). Each Technology Plan after the first shall review and assess the immediately preceding Technology Plan. The Technology Plan shall consist of a three-year plan and an annual implementation plan as described below.
