Common use of Technology Exchange Clause in Contracts

Technology Exchange. The parties agree to engage in an ongoing ------------------- exchange of technology ideas and information. Subject to mutual agreement, each party may share such ideas and information with the other as may be helpful in selling the products of the other party and in the promotion and advancement of the Internet Site.
