TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS. In recognition of the possible impact of technological developments upon the work force, the Employer and the Union agree to meet and confer on the implementation and impact of appropriate formalized training or retraining of employees in the development of new skills required by the introduction of significantly new equipment, process, and workload changes.
