Technical Volume Appendices. 4.4.1. Appendix 1: The Offeror shall provide a Solicitation Correlation Matrix that cross references between Sec L, Sec M, the Contractor Proposal, and SOW. The Solicitation Correlation Matrix shall not contain informational notes, as the volumes provide ample opportunity for discussion and description of the Offeror's approach.
