Technical Status Report. On or before sixty (60) calendar days after the effective date of the Agreement and monthly thereafter throughout the term of the Agreement, the Performer shall submit, via email, a monthly Technical Status Report to the DARPA Program Manager, DARPA Agreements Officer, Agreement Officer’s Representative (AOR), and DARPA/ADPM. The technical status report will detail technical progress to date and report on all problems, technical issues, major developments, and the status of external collaborations during the reporting period. Technical Status Reports shall be marked with Distribution Statement B: “DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT B. Distribution authorized to U.S. Government agencies only due to the inclusion of proprietary information. Other requests for this document shall be referred to DARPA Public Release Center (PRC) via email at XXX@xxxxx.xxx.”

The Recipient’s Technical Status Report will address the following: Project Overview, Technical Progress, Major Developments (including short summaries of significant results that can be used for describing project accomplishments to a wide audience), Realized Benefits to Industry and Navy, Technology Transfer, Plans for the Next Quarter, Project Issues, Action Items, and a Project Summary.

Each of the topics described below shall be addressed for the effort performed: - A comparison of actual accomplishments with the goals and objectives established for the period; - Reasons why established goals and objectives were not met, if appropriate; - Other pertinent information including, and when appropriate, analysis and explanation of cost variances; - A cumulative chronological list of written publications in technical journals, papers, or other presentations at meetings, conferences, seminars, etc. regarding the Coordinating Center activities. All reports will identify resubmissions to publications, information, and/or notification of status of publication submissions; and - New discoveries, inventions, or patent disclosures, and specific applications stemming from the Clinical Trial effort provided that such disclosures shall not compromise IP rights of the Government, Coordinating Center, or Clinical Sites.
