Technical Services Agreement. The "Technical Services Agreement" shall mean the technical services agreement that executed on March 30, 1999 between the Company and Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ernational Services Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ernational Company, under which Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇eed to provide for technical services to the Company on the terms and conditions specified therein. A copy of the Technical Services Agreement is attached hereto as Annex E, which all Parties hereto acknowledge and agree as such final version, and agree to and accept all terms and conditions thereof.
