Technical Revisions. The Limited Partners agree to, and the General Partner is hereby authorized to make, any modifications or amendments to this Agreement that may be necessary for the General Partner to maintain its status as a real estate investment trust or in order for it to avoid a penalty or tax; provided, however, that such modification or amendment does not materially alter or affect adversely any Limited Partner's rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement.

Technical Revisions. In the event that in the course of discussions between ICMR and ICANN, ICANN requests that certain additional technical, operational and or process related requirements should be incorporated in the proposal, DTV will assist ICMR in a timely and expeditious manner to make such revisions to the ICMR proposal to accommodate ICANN’s requests.
