Technical Questions. Questions shall be submitted to the USAMRAA (Primary and Secondary POC) identified in Section C of this solicitation. Technical questions shall be submitted no later than 23 July 2021 11:00AM EASTERN TIME, but interested contractors are encouraged to submit questions at any point prior. The Government will do its best effort to provide responses in a timely manner. All responses will be provided via amendments to the solicitation. No telephone calls or telephonic bidder’s questions will be accepted.
