Technical Lead Positions. The parties agree to discuss technical leadsaccess to resourcing information and other tools (such as input into time sheet approvals) which may be related to the successful completion of their jobs. These discussions wil occur at the Career Development & Training Committee.
Technical Lead Positions. If an L3 employee works in a Tool Lead role for a duration longer than three (3) months, an acting premium to the bottom of L4 or a premium of at least 5% of salary (whichever is greater) will apply for the duration of the assignment.
