Technical Functions. The DPP-MAFC shall chair a committee of directors consisting of the heads of division of each ASLM. This committee shall act as a central coordinating and supervising body for all technical aspects of Project implementation and make recommendations to the BFSC on compliance of proposed activities with policies and strategies; AWPB; and funding amounts to be recommended to the BFSC for release for Project implementation. In particular, the director responsible for food security shall, under the guidance of DPP-MAFC, ensure that food security issues are integrated into the preparation and implementation of DADPs.
