Common use of Technical Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Technical Disclosure. All technical information set forth in the Registration Statement, the Prospectuses and the Disclosure Package, including in any documents incorporated by reference therein relating to any mineral properties that are material to the Corporation for the purposes of the instruments noted below, has been reviewed as required under National Instrument 43-101 — Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”), except as otherwise set forth in the Registration Statement, the Prospectuses and the Disclosure Package, and all such information has been prepared in accordance with Canadian industry standards set forth in NI 43-101 and, to the knowledge of the Corporation, there have been no material changes to such information since the date of delivery or preparation thereof, except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Prospectuses and the Disclosure Package.
