Technical Disclosure. The Company is in compliance with the applicable provisions of NI 43-101 and has duly filed with the applicable regulatory authorities all reports required by NI 43-101. All scientific and technical information set forth in the Prospectuses, including in any Documents Incorporated by Reference therein, relating to the Company’s material properties has been reviewed and approved by a qualified person as required under NI 43-101.

Technical Disclosure. The Company’s technical disclosure disclosed in the Technical Report and its public disclosure documents was prepared and disclosed in all material respects in accordance with accepted mining, engineering, geoscience and other approved industry practices, as applicable, and NI 43-101 as it was in effect on the date of the filing of the applicable document. The information provided by the Company to the Qualified Persons (as defined in NI 43-101 as it was in effect on the date of the filing of the applicable document) in connection with the preparation of such disclosure was complete and accurate in all material respects at the time such information was furnished.
Technical Disclosure. The Company made available to the respective authors thereof prior to the issuance of all of the applicable technical reports filed by the Company on SEDAR relating to each Material Property (the “Reports”), for the purpose of preparing the Reports, as applicable, all material information requested, and no such information contained any material misrepresentation as at the relevant time the relevant information was made available. All technical information disclosed in the Prospectus, including information relating to any Material Property for the purposes of the instruments noted below, has been reviewed as required under NI 43-101, except as otherwise set forth in the Prospectus, the current Reports complied in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 as at the date of each such current Report and as of the date hereof there is no new material scientific or technical information concerning each Material Property that is not included in the Reports.
Technical Disclosure. (i) To the knowledge of the Corporation (i) the Copperstone Technical Report complies in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43- 101 at the time of filing thereof and the Copperstone Technical Report reasonably presented the quantity of mineral resources attributable to the properties evaluated therein as at the date stated therein based upon information available at the time the Copperstone Technical Report was prepared; and (ii) the Corporation made available to the authors of the Copperstone Technical Report, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation (as defined under Canadian Securities Laws) at the time such information was so provided;

The scientific and technical information set forth in the Purchaser Public Disclosure Record relating to mineral resources and mineral reserves required to be disclosed therein pursuant to NI 43-101 has been prepared by the Purchaser and/or the operators and their respective consultants, as applicable, in accordance with methods generally applied in the mining industry and materially conforms to the requirements of NI 43-101 and Securities Laws.
Technical Disclosure. The Projects are the only material mineral projects of LAC. The Corporation is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43-101 and has filed all technical reports required thereby.

Technical Disclosure. The most recent estimated measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources and proven and probable mineral reserves and technical reports disclosed in the Public Disclosure Documents for the Project, including the Technical Report, have been prepared and disclosed, in all material respects, in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Company is in compliance, in all material respects, with the requirements prescribed by NI 43-101 (as in effect on the date of publication of the relevant report or information). The Company has no knowledge that the mineral resources or mineral reserves (or any other material aspect of any technical reports) as disclosed in the Public Disclosure Documents were as of the dates of such disclosure inaccurate in any material respect. At the date hereof, there are no outstanding unresolved comments of the TSX or any Securities Regulator in respect of the technical disclosure made in the Public Disclosure Documents. To the knowledge of the Company, there has been no material reduction in the aggregate amount of estimated mineral resources and reserves for the Project from the amounts last disclosed publicly by the Company in the Public Disclosure Documents.

Technical Disclosure. Parentco is in compliance, in all material respects, with the requirements of NI 43-101. At the date hereof, there are no outstanding unresolved comments of any Securities Regulator or the TSX-V in respect of the technical disclosure made in the Public Disclosure Documents.
