Common use of Technical Development Clause in Contracts

Technical Development. Company acknowledges that Novartis is providing the Manufacturing Technology to Company “as is” and that Novartis will not perform additional development, testing or Manufacturing. Company is solely responsible for the buildup of its own supply chain.
