Technical descriptions. The Balancing Service Provider shall submit, upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, descriptions of the technical properties of the Reserve Units and the implementation of the activation of the reserve. In so far as the delivery of the data would entail excessive costs for the Balancing Service Provider, the parties shall negotiate on what type of data is considered sufficient for delivery.
