Technical descriptions Sample Clauses
A Technical Descriptions clause defines the standards, specifications, or detailed requirements that products, services, or deliverables must meet under the agreement. It typically outlines the precise technical parameters, such as dimensions, materials, performance criteria, or compliance with industry standards, that the parties have agreed upon. By clearly documenting these technical expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over quality or suitability, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of what is to be provided.

Technical descriptions. The Ifremer wind generator is an open jet blower type with twelve axial fans of 1 m diameter, arranged in three rows of four fans. It has a constant rectangular cross section with an outlet of 4.3 m x 3.2 m (width x height). The flow generated by the axial fans passes through a main flow straightener, a mesh screen and finally a honeycomb-like section with rectangular cells, in order to minimize the swirl and lateral/vertical mean velocities. The wind generator is hung from a gantry crane to not interfere with the generated waves passing underneath. Figure 5.1 shows the wind generator installed over the wave basin.
