Common use of Technical Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Technical Deficiencies. Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date.

Technical Deficiencies. Buyer shall have notified Seller Sellers of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.66.7, within 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date.

Technical Deficiencies. Buyer shall have notified Seller Sellers of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within 30 days prior to the Closing Dateperiod specified in Section 6.6, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to within 30 days from the Closing Datedate such notice is received by Sellers.

Technical Deficiencies. Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within 30 45 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date.

Buyer shall have notified Seller Sellers of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the any Station, as indicated in the engineering study report described in Section 6.6, within 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the date that would be the Closing Date. Buyer acknowledges that Sellers have no affirmative obligation to remedy any such operational or equipment deficiency.

Buyer shall have notified Seller Sellers of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the StationStations, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within 30 days prior to the Closing Dateperiod specified in Section 6.6, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to within 30 days from the Closing Datedate such notice is received by Sellers.

Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within at least 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date, or if Seller shall not have agreed to a purchase price reduction, reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, to remedy the technical deficiency.

Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.66.10, within at least 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date, or if Seller shall not have agreed to a purchase price reduction, reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, to remedy the technical deficiency.

Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within 30 thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date.; and

Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.66.7, within 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied by Seller or the Company prior to the Closing Date.

Buyer shall have notified Seller of material deficiencies in the proposed operations or equipment of the Station, as indicated in the engineering study described in Section 6.6, within at least 30 days prior to the Closing Date, and the cause thereof shall not have been remedied prior to the Closing Date.
