Technical Consulting and Services; Sole and Exclusive Rights and Interests. 1.1. The WFOE agrees to provide technical consulting and services (please see Appendix 1 for the specific content thereof) in relation to legal information services (hereinafter referred to as the “Target Business”) to the Domestic Company as the technical consulting and service provider of the Domestic Company in accordance with the conditions set forth herein during the term of this Agreement.
