Technical Consultants. The Parties agree to engage technical consultants as needed to implement various components of the Accord as prioritized by the Executive Board, to be paid for through the funds deposited by the Parties in the holding account. These technical consultants shall work under contract as described in Paragraph 9. The Management team or their designees shall prepare and finalize a Scope of Work for these technical consultants, which will be approved by the Executive Board. Technical Consultants. The responsibility of the Call Center Specialist is to act as a technical voice during technical pre-sales support and product demonstrations. Each Call Center Specialist shall have, at a minimum: technical knowledge of data and voice communications, the ability to operate in a Windows environment, understand basic UNIX commands, and perform pre-sales technical support.

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work.
