Technical Competencies. The proposal demonstrates the Offeror’s ability to fulfill, at minimum, 75% of the Technical Competencies in at least one Areas of Service (Section 1.3.1). The Technical Competencies for each area are outlined below: • Qualitative Research Methods o Demonstrated experience in qualitative data collection methods on arts and cultural topics. o Demonstrated experience in community-engaged research methods. o Demonstrated experience in established methods, including, but not limited to, content analysis, narrative analysis, and grounded theory.
