Programmatic: CONTRACTOR agrees to be subject to oversight reviews of programmatic service provision that satisfy State Department of Health Care Services, Program Oversight and Compliance Reviews and External Quality Reviews. These reviews evaluate the following but not limited to: i. Access ii. Point of Authorization iii. Beneficiary protection iv. Target population service provision v. Interface with physical health care vi. Program integrity
