Team Support Clause Samples
The Team Support clause outlines the obligations and expectations regarding the provision of resources, personnel, or assistance by one party to support a project team. Typically, this clause specifies the types of support required, such as technical expertise, administrative help, or access to facilities, and may set standards for responsiveness or availability. Its core practical function is to ensure that the team has the necessary backing to fulfill project objectives efficiently, thereby minimizing delays and clarifying each party's responsibilities in supporting the team's work.
Team Support. Within a school year and during the regular and tournament athletic season, a school district shall provide on an equal basis to male and female athletes any of the following types of support which it offers to either male or female extracurricular athletes during the school year: pep assemblies, school announcements, rosters, programs, pep band, cheerleaders and drill team. The school district or the band director may determine at which athletic events for males and females the band shall appear in satisfying the equal appearance requirement, providing that, at the end of the school year, the band has played at the same number of regular season extracurricular athletic events of females as males. In satisfying this requirement and determining which performances are appropriate for band appearances, consideration shall be given to functions and goals of the music program as an independent co- curricular activity.
Team Support. If Customer has entered into an Ordering Document for Team Support directly with Qrvey (and not under the Commercial Agreement), then Customer shall pay the fees for the Team Support directly to Qrvey and not the AWS Contracting Party. All payment terms for the Team Support are as specified in the Ordering Document for Team Support.
Team Support. 5.1. When either the Health Information Services Manager or the Health Information Systems Officer is on leave, assume the role of Health Information Systems Officer (higher grade duties will apply).
5.2. Generate the minutes of the Team Meeting as per the HIS Meeting Minutes Roster.

The Contractor shall under his cost provide a team to support the Company as per the following: Number of Personnel required: 4 (National) - To coordinate and organize day to day tasks with Company - Budget control - Age Requirement: Between 20 to 40 years (National) - Minimum Monthly Basic Salary: Range between $1300- $1500 - Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree - The Contractor shall under his cost pay one point five (1.5) times the above applicable hourly unit rate for each overtime hour. - The Contractor shall note that the Company shall not pay the salary and overtime for the personnel, hence the Contractor shall take account of any additional costs due to payment of monthly salary, overtime charges, annual merit increment, allowances such as housing and transportation, associated increases in overtime costs due to annual merit increase and any other costs in his overhead costs (under payable unit rates in Bid Form 2). - The Contractor shall replace employees in case of poor performance, as recommended by the Company, within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of Company’s recommendation. - Contactor shall be responsible to provide a team specialized in each event and recreational activity.
