TEAM Staff. The Team Manager shall help and assist their Head Coach in the recruitment of mandatory Rostered Staff Personnel and well as non-rostered staff below. Recruit ‘dedicated’ and ‘committed’ assistant coaches, and other required staffing members, who will support the goals and objectives of the SGYF “coaching program” [as it is written into the SGYF By-Laws and the Member Contract Agreements], and, who shall agree to collaborate and uphold the leadership direction of the Head Coach/Head Cheer Coach.
TEAM Staff. TEAM shall provide and/or employ, at its sole expense, for each Home Game according to NBDL Standards Manual the players, coaches, trainers, on-court and off-court officials, timers, score keepers, scoreboard operators, public address announcers, spotlight operators to handle spotlights (not including SMG’s maintenance and repair obligations), game presentation personnel, and other persons directly engaged in the conduct of basketball games, other than as expressly provided.
