Common use of Team Games Clause in Contracts

Team Games. The right to exhibit, promote, schedule and play Team home games (including, without limitation, exhibition, regular season and postseason games) or all-star games, practices, clinics, promotions and fan activities and to set the terms, conditions, pricing and parameters of admittance thereto.
