TEACHING TOOLS Clause Samples

The Teaching Tools clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use of educational materials, resources, or software provided for instructional purposes. It typically outlines what tools are included, how they may be accessed or distributed, and any restrictions on their use, such as limitations on copying or sharing with unauthorized individuals. This clause ensures that both educators and learners understand the scope of permitted use, helping to protect intellectual property and maintain compliance with licensing agreements.
