Teaching Requirements. Prior to teaching online, a bargaining unit member shall demonstrate the skills necessary to teach online courses to the satisfaction of the Associate Xxxx, Learning Resources. Should the bargaining unit member be unable to demonstrate proficiency, he/she will participate in training in the use of the Internet and Canvas, or whatever provider or resource the District has designated to the satisfaction of the Associate Xxxx, Learning Resources. The bargaining unit member will also work with media services, as needed, for technical assistance.

Teaching Requirements. Your license to use the Marks does not authorize You or Your Affiliates to provide any course that purports to be authorized by Us and/or part of a Certification Program, unless You personally teach and are physically or virtually present for the entire duration of the course. The entire duration of the course is defined as sixteen (16) hours of instruction for in-person courses, which includes reasonable breaks and lunch, and 14 hours of instruction for electronically delivered courses. For electronically delivered courses, please refer to the Live Online Course Guidelines available on your Educator Dashboard and incorporated herein by reference. You may teach such a course together with an individual who does not have a CSD Educator designation, provided that You are solely responsible for the content and conduct of the course.
