TDY NOTIFICATION Clause Samples

The TDY Notification clause requires parties to provide advance notice when an employee is assigned to a temporary duty (TDY) location away from their regular workplace. Typically, this involves specifying the timeframe and method for notifying relevant parties, such as the employee or contracting agency, about the upcoming TDY assignment. By establishing clear notification procedures, the clause ensures all stakeholders are informed in a timely manner, reducing confusion and allowing for proper logistical planning.
TDY NOTIFICATION. The Company will complete the selection process and notify the employees of the TDY assignment by 1100 hours, two (2) workdays prior to the scheduled departure (1100 hours Wednesday if departure is scheduled for Saturday, Sunday or Monday).
