Common use of TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES Clause in Contracts

TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES. Each of the Issuers and the Guarantor agrees to pay any and all stamp and other documentary taxes, duties, assessments or government charges (including any interest and penalties thereon or in connection therewith) which may be payable in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement.
