Seller has not received notice that any governmental or quasi-governmental agency or authority intends to impose or increase any special or other assessment against the Property, or any part thereof, including assessments attributable to revaluations of the Property. There is no ongoing appeal with respect to taxes or special assessments on the Property for any year, and any consultants engaged to perform work with respect to appeals of taxes or special assessments on the Property have been paid in full.
