TAXCAP. TAXCAP," when immediately preceded by "HP," means the HP ------ Tax Saving Capital Accumulation Plan, a stock bonus, defined contribution plan. When immediately preceded by "Agilent," "TAXCAP" means the stock bonus, defined contribution plan to be established by Agilent pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 4.1 that corresponds to the HP TAXCAP.
