TAX SHELTER PROGRAM. Pursuant to Article 8C of the Education Law of the State of New York and subject to the prior approval of the Board of Trustees of the State University and the prior approval of the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, employer agrees to continue the Special Annuity Program for employees electing to enter into an agreement with employer for the reduction of their annual salaries for the purpose of purchasing annuity contracts.
