Tax Reporting and Tax Withholding. Cash dividends paid and sale of securities will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service per applicable law. Under penalties of perjury, You certify that the taxpayer identification number provided is Your correct taxpayer identification number. You also certify that you are not subject to backup withholding and You are a United States Person (including a U.S. resident alien) as such term is defined in Section 7701(a)(30) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. If an incorrect Taxpayer Identification Number is provided, You understand you may be subject to backup withholding tax at the appropriate rate on all dividends, interest and gross proceeds. Backup withholding taxes are sent to the IRS and cannot be refunded by Karmeq. You further understand that if You waive tax withholding and fail to pay sufficient estimated taxes to the IRS, You may be subject to tax penalties.

Tax Reporting and Tax Withholding. (a) To the extent required by the terms of the Code, the Trustee shall report all items of income, deductions and credits against tax attributable to the Trust Assets on the income tax returns of the Trust and the Trustee shall pay any taxes due with the regard to the Trust Assets from the Trust Account.
Tax Reporting and Tax Withholding. (a) The Trust shall be treated as a grantor trust within the meaning of subpart E of subchapter J of Chapter 1 of the Code. The Trustee shall provide Grantor with sufficient information to enable Grantor to report all items of income, deductions and credits against tax attributable to the Trust Assets on the income tax returns of the Grantor and the Trustee shall have no duty or responsibility whatsoever for the reporting of such items.

  • Taxes and Tax Withholding (i) The Recipient acknowledges that under United States federal tax laws in effect on the Award Date, the Recipient will have taxable compensation income at the time of vesting based on the Market Value (as defined below) of the Common Stock on the Vesting Date.
